I told her I bought many products from your warehouse sale, and she said warehouse sales products are old products. Please look into the attitude of this promoter. If I need to buy products before I can get my gift, then please state so in the sms, otherwise, don't pressurize me to buy products. Also, if your own sales promoter can condemn your warehouse sales products, it doesn't look good for your company.

May i check if the bday gift in the bday mth is still valid? Counter from west mall is unable to provide the complimentary gift and not helpful in resolving the issue. Is it right that complimentary gift for the bday month can only be collected when the bio essence salesperson is around? If they are only working on weekdays and we are not able to visit the mall on weekdays cos we are working, does it mean that we forfeit our conplimentary gift? This is absurd.
